Everything went great and the staff is awesome! The only thing I didn’t like was we dropped our dog off for boarding and he needed a shot while he was there and they took care of it but they charged us a $30 office visit + the shot and I did not expect that. They went over the cost of everything when we got there and dropped the dog off, the $30 office visit was not mentioned. Other than that everything was perfect.😁

Came home from a business trip to a no cool at our house. Contacted Cherokee and they were very courteous and understanding. The lead technician Terry made it out and saved the day! Very professional and did a fantastic job! Great American Standard dealer and I highly recommend them.
